Entire venue available for 40 people or more / Semi-venue available for 20 people or more

However, it's ok as long as the number of people x course fee is equal to or more than the minimum guaranteed fee (※1)!

<Private Booking Policy>

●Venue cancellation fee policy

From three days after the reservation is received, the charge will be 30% of the minimum usage fee set by our store, and from 14 days before the event date, the charge will be 100% of the minimum usage fee set by our store.

*Inquiries outside business hours will be handled the next day.

●Changes to the event date

Changes cannot be made after a reservation is confirmed.

However, in the case of a schedule change due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon (limited to warnings of a level equal to or greater than a warning) six hours before the event, the schedule change will only be accepted upon payment of the minimum usage fee.

● Change in number of people

・If there is an increase in the number of guests, meals can be ordered up to 4 days in advance.(Depending on the number of people, it may be possible to change the date later.)

Any increase thereafter will be for the all-you-can-drink fee only.

<Cancellation fee due to change in number of people>

50% of the reservation fee per person from 7 days in advance

100% of the reservation fee per person from 4 days in advance

For example, 4 days before the event date of 1/10 is 1/6.Changes will be accepted during business hours on January 5th without cancellation fees
