<Basic conditions>

Entire venue available for 40 people or more / Half venue available for 20 people or more

However, it's ok as long as the number of people x course fee is equal to or greater than the minimum guaranteed fee (※1)!

・Buffet style (maximum 100 people), seated (maximum 60 people)

・Self-exchange at the drink counter (club style)

・Venue available time: 30 minutes for preparation + 90 minutes for all-you-can-drink (Lo) + 30 minutes

・About preliminary inspections and questions and consultations over the phone

<Private Booking Policy>

●Venue cancellation fee regulations

100% of the minimum usage fee set by our store will be charged from 7 days prior to the event date.

In principle, cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, disruptions to transportation, or illness are also subject to the cancellation policy.

*Inquiries outside business hours will be handled the next day.

●Regarding changes to the event date

Changes cannot be made after the reservation is confirmed.

However, if we determine that it is extremely difficult for you to visit us due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy snowfall, or other unavoidable reasons, we may, at our discretion, ask you to change the date of your visit.

●Change in number of people

・If your order increases, we can accommodate up to 4 days in advance.

Any subsequent increases will be for the all-you-can-drink fee.

<Cancellation fee due to change in number of people>

100% of the reservation fee per person from 4 days in advance

For example, 4 days before the event on 1/10 is 1/6.Changes can be made during business hours on January 5th without a cancellation fee.

*Inquiries outside business hours will be handled the next day.

・If a change in the number of people results in a lower than minimum usage fee, you will be required to pay the difference.
